It's either rotated or voted upon.
Ill double check.
Edit:
Monthly in alphabetical order.
Not sure if they do.
Either way, I think Gaddafis forces are going to be situated on on side of the city, and tanks and vehicles will always need to go back somewhere to refuel and resupply. There will be weak points. May not be hugely significant, but enough to give the rebels more of an edge.

Well, unless the loyalists actually make it into the city and it's innercity fighting, it'll be pretty obvious what with the Gaddafist forces firing into the city and the rebels defending the city.
Easier said than done. Conventional warfare is now a non-linear affair with no recognizable frontline resembling a game of soccer rather than American football.
Additional thoughts: If Gaddafi wants to take the city as fast as possible (not drawing out the battle for days), then his forces won't be lined up and moving slow for aircraft to blow them up. The only way to solve that scenario would be nothing less than the actual committment of ground forces.
these translators are fucking awful
I can hear Chinese being spoken lightly out of my left speaker and the translator in my right.
Or just check the original stream.
I kind of feel sorry for the translator.

It really can't be an easy job, if they screw up there could be pretty major consequences (After all they are not translating for our benefit)
these translators are fucking awful
It's a seriously fucking tough job although French/English should be one of the easier ones
it sounds like a high school student who took french for the fuck of it
They need a native French person translating.

And its live. What ever the guy said, the translator must be fucking perfect.
arms emBARGO EAR RAPE
France knows what's going down.
Dammit, read the OP. The resolution allows intervention from the air only. This won't evolve into a full blow ground invasion.
And we are wanted there. The rebels have been asking for a long time for the West to put in place a no-fly zone.
It all leads on, we take out 1 plane, they shoot some british nationals, Wars have been started by smaller actions than that so don't underestemate how quickly we could be dragged into a conflict and again i refer yet another person to my original post.
The rebels are the minority here not the loyalists, Think of it in a nubmers way if you cannot comprehend.
90% of lybia support the regeime and don't want us there, 10% of lybia are rebels but do want us there. (no these numbers are not exact, but i can tell you for a fact, a hell of alot more people support gaddafi than those that don't)
We cannot get involved in this, it's the harsh truth but we cannot police the world, we have bigger problems to deal with at present as well.
This reminds me of when I watched the vote on the Iraq war in the houses of parliament at like midnight on TV all those years ago.
A sense of watching history being made right in front of you (well via TV)
France has finished, here we go.
The banging a few mins back was a gavel, by the way, guys.
