I have no prior experience with sitting waiting for a UN vote so I have no idea how timely they are and how quickly the voting takes place.

I think they're going to debate beforehand as well, so it could be a while yet, but that should be interesting too.

I think it may pass, but it all depends on the countries which have remained silent throughout this. Of course Russia, China and Germany will vote against it, the US, France, Britain and Lebanon will vote for it, but it's the 8 other members who will really decide whether it goes ahead or not.
