We should not be getting envolved. The rebels are the minority here, not the loyalists, if that was no the case the civil war would not be near it's "end", we are not wanted by the population to interviene so we should keep out. And the No fly zone would be useless, While their tech is modernish their pilots cannot fly for toffey, this fight is being won by numbers on the ground not by planes. I'd like Gadafi out of power, but we'd be declaring war on Lybia as a whole, not just a regime. We cannot afford to get dragged into another conflict.

Just hit Tripoli with a Blitzkrieg strategy and then arrest Gaddafi for human rights violations.

If, in doing this, we were to take actions which had a side effect of helping the rebels, that would be great.
