Funnily enough the first gun control laws in the US were introduced to make firearms too expensive for anyone who wasn't moderately well-off. Not really for ethical or moral reasons, but so that they could feel safer from the poors knowing that they'd never be able to get their hands on anything harmful.
Of course now it's more about public safety, but it's still pretty ironic that anti-gun control activists (most of them right-wing) are doing more to enfranchise the poor on that particular topic.

Or it could be the fact that just recently Bloomberg was going on a tangent about how male minorities in cities should be disallowed from owning firearms as he said and I quote, "95% of all violence is minority on minority, and in order to reduce violence in cities we should take firearms away from these groups in order to keep them alive" and how several scandals have occurred with the Democrat party in California with things like Senator Yee helping a scheme to sell firearms in the Philippines to get funding for his political campaign which had a great deal of it's foundation in increasing gun control in California.
Then you had the senators from Colorado which were recalled for their degrading comments about women using firearms because one of them thought that they shouldn't "Traumatize themselves" by protecting themselves over being raped. Seriously, a lot of the campaigns even coming out of the Brady Group have been targeting minorities and the lower class by pretty much pegging them as being utter savages who cannot be trusted with protecting themselves.
I mean granted, most people are just trying to reduce crime, but at the same time, a lot of their attempts at firearm regulation are just raising the prices of firearms, and therefore creating an inability for those who are not heading above the standard middle-class from purchasing firearms outright. Hence what I mean as it being an attack of sorts on low income earners and in the respect of statistics on income, it's putting a great hindrance on minorities as a whole.

It's not being a woman, it's being a rich politician. They could probably get away with murder (hyperbole).

The only thing I like about Hillary is that she got rid of that god-awful hair style

Ted Kennedy arguably did.

No arguing about. Ted straight up got away with murder.
Explains the rather dubious nature of the State Department in recent years if anything.

Part of Clinton's email dump contains information saying that the State Department knew that the official Benghazi story at the time (random internet video) was wrong, just two days after the attack.
