Urgh fucking leave please.
why does it feel like about 90% of the US located users are so dull to modern thinking of rehabilitation?
it makes most of the US look bad.

Although death penalty might save money, it would not be worth it. Loads of innocent people get arrest or were arrested for something they did not do.
According to the headline of today's Daily Mirror video games (GTA specificity) are to blame. Oh dear.
Although death penalty might save money, it would not be worth it. Loads of innocent people get arrest or were arrested for something they did not do.
It's the opposite, it costs more to execute people.
Stop using money and savings as an argument for or against death penalty. That is LITERALLY putting price on human life.
Wow the guy looks unstable as fuck
It's the opposite, it costs more to execute people.
I don't see how it costs more to inject something into a person than to care for him for the rest of his life.
The reason the DP is bullshit is because after that, it's ended. If you are wrong, and it turns out the "murderer" is innocent, there is no way in hell he's coming back. Even though that doesn't hold true in that case, many other aspects do - for example, rehabilitation. And you say that's impossible, since they are imprisoned for life, but that isn't exactly a hard date. They can pull the date back if they feel the person has been rehabilitated.
Everyone has a right to live, and I don't care who killed what or how, but if you are born a human, you have life, and really, killing a murderer is just as brutal as what the murderer did. Yeah, you say the murderer would still be a threat to society, so must die, but after the murderer is in prison, awaiting death, they are weak and harmless. Killing them doesn't solve anything. Killing them is comparable to killing a baby.
I can understand why the death penalty was put in place, but now it's outdated. Back in the 1800s it made sense due to money problems, filthy prisons, and to terrorize people into not doing crime (if you steal this, or kill someone, this is gonna happen to you).
However, that doesn't work now, due to the fact that appreciation of life has increased tenfold, prisons are a lot better than they were back then, racism and terrorizing doesn't work anymore in stable countries. Now people begin rioting if that stuff happens.
Also, the guy who wrestled the soldier to the ground and took his gun is a badass.
EDIT:
America is outdated. That's the simplest way of putting it. They still use imperial, and the the country is ruled by people who don't change shit. And about saying about the price of caring for someone in prison, that is, as said above is literally putting a price on human life. It's comparable to a mother leaving her baby in a bin and leaving him/her to die, because caring for her costs too much. And if that was on the news, you all go on an outrage. But when it's on this bigger scale, you seem to forget about it.
The photo makes him look completely sane :| (/sarcasm)
Doesn't the UK have a death penalty, because I'd rather shoot the fucker then let him leech off of the State the rest of his life.
I would rather throw him into a cell and have the gaurds "forget" to feed him.
