It'll probably fall through as well. Not much evidence to hold the guy on.
They are conducting separate trials for each of the six officers, and we're not done yet. I don't have access to any of the evidence, so I can't claim any outrage over the results of any one individual trial. just the same, Freddie Gray should not have died as he did, and I hope that justice will be served to the correct people in correct measure.

They never had sufficient evidence to arrest him to begin with, nor did they take him straight to jail, and then he arrived hours later with a broken neck, I'd say the feds have enough for a civil rights violation
good. charging all six officers is a huge waste of time, especially since not all of them were directly invovled.
