Wait is this beta branch only? I'm somehow in beta?
No wonder my one friend was confused when I mentioned this in announcements.

yeah it's really bland but they're working on it at least
Windows MP sucks balls and I can't be assed to use anything else
[editline]8th August 2014[/editline]
I hope they have hotkeys because I use my mouse to control it
Now can they please ditch the revolting iOS design from the steam Android app?
That'd be nice but I'm more interested in them improving the reliability past "attaching notes on handmade paper to a carrier pigeon you've set on fire". It seriously is a mess
i had massive problems after i installed the steam it slowed down the whole computer and wasn't reacting to anything properly
i found a solution to get this work i had to run "steam://flushconfig" in cmd (i don't even know what it did i just trusted the guy who said it)
there were few other solutions to it being really slow/crashing in the thread and it may help someone else so i decided to post this out here
too saturated.
I want the old 2006 design back
The new one looks so cluttered compared to this
[t]http://static.giantbomb.com/uploads/original/0/1379/399159-steamwindow2.png[/t]
It also brings me back to the times when TF2 was still good and I played a shitload of gmod
I joined Steam in 2009 and I remember this. I'm pretty sure Steam was redesigned in early 2010.
Been using Metro for Steam. Almost forgot how the default skin looked like.
Thanks for bringing this up. Looks awesome.
I've been running since it was released but something official would be nice.
didn't they stop development on it? that's why the iPhone one looks 100k times better?

It isn't even known as the "Android Market" anymore, it got rebranded as the "Play Store" over two years ago.
I still prefer PixelVision over anything else.

Right now you can't assign a shortcut to pause/unpause the music can you?
Right now you can't assign a shortcut to pause/unpause the music can you?
Just checked in a game and I can't seem to play music at all, or see anything like that at all either.
the GUI and menu in settings is there as they're just working on it, seeing how it works, so it doesn't actually do anything. Just a GUI with words.

i'm so, so glad steam doesn't look like this anymore
FINALLY I don't have to MANUALLY TEDIOUSLY SELECT A GAME AND SLOWLY SET THEN into a list one by one
I can just mass select done. when you have many games, categories is a nightmare.
Honestly I just downloaded an external program to edit categories in batch for me. It's nice to be able to do away with that now.
Holy shit the right click menu for the Tray in Linux no longer runs like complete unadulterated turd. Fantastic.
Did you guys see the small mode?
I'm personally a fan of the Metro steam skin, looks nice and clean.

So glad I started using this skin a month or two ago. I saw two twitch users use it the same day, and knew I had to look into it. Its so clean and organized, especially the overlay.
I am not a fan of that blue. Blue is my least favorite color.
Has Steam ever had a good looking icon? Always looks like shit next to other icons on my desktop.
I wonder when they're going to make shift+tab more bloody reliable.
I'm a big fan of custom Steam skins, shame my current favourite, Air, is just straight up MISSING buttons.
another feature that's coming is that you can hide games in your library
considering that my steam account is terribly messy, i'm not even gonna bother

Metro Mod is a good skin, but personally I think Metro Mod - Gotham is better.
[t]http://puu.sh/aKlFj/e060bb79c6.png[/t]
It's the exact same thing but darker.
Now could they please have proper DPI scaling for high-DPI screens?
Why most of people hate changes? I love this new one, i actually am amused how it looks now. I guess i will never understand people who can't like a change.
i thought this would never happen
i've been waiting for this for forever
this is amazing
I did this before the update, though?
