This isn't about them being "more comfortable" or anything dumb like that. It's simply so they can stuff even more people into already overfilled flights and make more money per flight.

Good. I like legroom as much as the next person, but it's not very good for the environment to have a shitload of waste.
I hate how companies treat us like cattle.
As long as the chair is comfortable, it doesn't matter how big it is.
Bus seats are medium size I'd say but they are excruciating and sitting on one for longer than half an hour makes my back hurt. On the other hand, I sat on the small chairs in college for two hours with no problem.
Next thing you know, we will have to stand in our places on planes.
