The only big 2 I can think of off the top of my head would be prostitution(which also should be legal in my opinion) and arms dealing. If drug prohibition ended the illegal arms industry would be crushed, the only organisations that would need guns anymore would be terrorists/insurgents. Without drug cartels to outfit their own armies it would devastate that black market. Not only this, but the prostitution market would be severely weakened, since illegal prostitution and drug dealing tend to go hand in hand. Legalise drugs and you are going to be putting a ton of criminals out of their jobs, murder rates would decrease, crime would decrease, and from that the standard of living(especially for high poverty areas that are filled with gangs) would increase substantially. Not only this but it brings in a taxable revenue for the government. Even if it was just in a state with an income tax having a new commodity on the market(especially one that is already very popular) would bring in huge revenues for the government. It wouldn't solve all problems, but if we legalised drugs, taxed them, and regulated them, it would allow us a lot more money to spend on shit we need, like education and public safety. Think of it, weed could pay for our police, instead of us paying for more police to eliminate it from the streets.

And since it's that much weed his supplier probably set up some sort of scene to make it look like he was getting "new furniture" or something so they could fit it all in boxes and keep it safe until distribution.
