They're demons of society, wherever they go they drastically reduce property value because they have to let everyone within the neighbourhood know they're a pedo. They have almost no social contact because nobody wants to be around with them and people start to lock their gates/doors because of just knowing that someone like that, who could harm their kids is nearby.
