Obese man cut out of his house, welded to the chair

It probably starts like this:
Dude's really fat. He gets to the point where he only walks from his chair to the toilet and back. When he poops he's so fat he cleans himself in a, well, half assed way. He kind of gets used to having a nice smear of poop on his ass every day, all day. The people he lives with get used to it, what are they gonna do complain? What if he says "if you don't like it you're welcomed to wipe if for me"?
After a while, the chair has a layer of poop build up(seeps through his pants when he sits). Somewhere along the way he injures himself so he temporarily can't get to the toilet(or maybe he just says "fuck it") and he poops right there in the chair for the first time.
"Hmmm" he thinks, "I don't really notice any difference. Smells the same, feels the same as if I went to the bathroom." This makes it easier for him to just poop right there the next time. Meanwhile the people he lives with think "Well, it's not like I can move him so..."
Hours turn into days, days into weeks, weeks into months, months into years and there he sits, eating and pooping(sometimes both at the same time).

surely there must be a point where there's so much poop underneath him that it escapes?

He can't even get up to answer the door for deliveries
when your skin touches something for a long time, your body naturally causes sores to appear on your back, which eventually burst and intermingle with the fibers, pulling your skin toward it, until you eventually get welded to it.
it's like trying to grow a grass bridge in minecraft, except the grass is skin and you're making a bridge from someone's back to a chair.

He lived with other people. That probably makes this even more disturbing. People actually LET this happen.
Reminds me of that horror story that priest guy in that one Harvest Moon game tells you.
:barf:
why, mister, why.

It's not Fox news themselves. Local Fox is just regular news.
