so anarcho-capitalism.
Anarcho capitalism implies no government you fucking dolt.
No we shouldn't have any taxes that result in doing anything other than what society is intended to do.
Protecting the individual rights of her citizens.
oh, so regulation's out eh?
Alright miners, get rid of all your protective gear and go get some black lung! Strider's orders!
You're fucking clueless.. most of China's growth is in Hong Kong.
Guess who has the most free economy in the world?
Guess who puts plastic pellets in with rice to pad their profits?
so we not only should not have a graduated income tax, but we should get rid of income tax all together.
Exactly, because the richest people in the world always want whats best for everybody :downs:
No we shouldn't have any taxes that result in doing anything other than what society is intended to do.

i consider it my right not to have my media economically controlled by the advertising interests of businesses and not to have my environment owned and abused by industrial manufacturers and not to have my schools be shit because taxing people is evil or something dot dot dot
well it's whoever who is doing the best of course! the people who support my economic beliefs always do the best and the ones that don't fail
Look up the freest economies in the world.. then look up Hong Kong's growth in comparison to the rest of China.
Whelp looks like whoever brought up China just proved my point again.
Anarcho capitalism implies no government you fucking dolt.
so just pure capitalism then. like in the 1800s. during the industrial revolution.
i consider it my right not to have my media economically controlled by the advertising interests of businesses and not to have my environment owned and abused by industrial manufacturers and not to have my schools be shit because taxing people is evil or something dot dot dot
We shouldn't have public media or schools so you're right, but in that event you would have no rights pertaining to them.
I agree with you on the environment though there is a definite place for government in that respect.
Look up the freest economies in the world.. then look up Hong Kong's growth in comparison to the rest of China.

except china is a complete shithole and i would much rather live in the oh so foul and socialized decadent of society of Sweden, thanks

... And ensure their well-being.
Not nanny them.
But ensure their well-being.
Also, I'm pretty sure that if society's going to protect us, in this economic situation:
Raise taxes on the rich.
A lot.
"Oh no! They'll only have 20 million a year instead of 27! How will they ever motherfucking get by!"
so just pure capitalism then. like in the 1800s. during the industrial revolution.
Ohooohoo the industrial revolution again.. you guys always like to bring that up.
We shouldn't have public media or schools so you're right, but in that event you would have no rights pertaining to them.
Ohooohoo the industrial revolution again.. you guys always like to bring that up.

Look up the freest economies in the world.. then look up Hong Kong's growth in comparison to the rest of China.

They were incorrect bringing up china. China is more capitalistic than communist, at least in the economically powerful areas. However, the biggest problem with china is deregulation. Sullied environments, etc. Remember when they forced everyone off the roads before the olympics to cut down on pollution? All because of a lack of emission regulation.
ITT: I know how the world works better than you because I know how the world works better than you because I know how the world works better than you because I know how the world works better than you
tbh i'm just going to embody whatever strider portrays me as. yes I literally and unironically want to cannibalize the rich. they have a much more marbled meat because of all of the massages they get and their fluctuating weight, tastes like kobe beef
so just pure capitalism then. like in the 1800s. during the industrial revolution.
The 1800s were close but not pure capitalism. There were still many trade tariffs, subsidies, and government aided monopolies.
Ohooohoo the industrial revolution again.. you guys always like to bring that up.
uh yeah
OHOO, YOU ANTI FACISTS, ALWAYS BRINGING UP HITLER
and who the fuck are you to talk, you bring up fucking soviet russia constantly you oaf
ITT: I know how the world works better than you because I know how the world works better than you because I know how the world works better than you because I know how the world works better than you
Basically.
We shouldn't have public media or schools so you're right
This is a typo, right?
Ohooohoo the industrial revolution again.. you guys always like to bring that up.
Because it pertains to your argument? Very free corporations were what we had during the industrial revolution.
uh yeah

You're right I was being a little unfair.
Continue.
This is a typo, right?
Nope.
Ohooohoo the industrial revolution again.. you guys always like to bring that up.
I'm not sure whats wrong with you. Just so we can clarify, strider, this is not about invnation or history, this is about STANDARD OF LIVING, tycoons are people just like everybody else and need the same things to live. They do need 600x the average income, plain and simple, it does not matter if you think they rightfully earned all that money, that is irrelevant. You cannot have a safe, fair, and working society with a ultra rich and super poor divide. Taxes need to be hiked at a very steep curve so that much of that excess cash flow is passed back down to the lower levels of society.
The 1800s were close but not pure capitalism. There were still many trade tariffs, subsidies, and government aided monopolies.
yeah, and soviet russia wasn't exactly communism as intended either

You have no right to do such a thing.
You don't own them or their production.
The 1800s were close but not pure capitalism. There were still many trade tariffs, subsidies, and government aided monopolies.
monopolies are completely okay though right? and companies should have no requirement to provide compensation for on the job injuries due to the cheaper and less safe equipment?
This is a typo, right?
nope, giving people things like an education just makes them lazy and wastes the money of the rich, hardworking people. strider never relied on nobody to succeed. he came out of his momma doing cartwheels and franchising his restaurant
You have no right to do such a thing.

we own the society they thrive in.
yeah, and soviet russia wasn't exactly communism as intended either
I have never once made the claim in this thread that Soviet Russia was true communism.
I bring up Soviet Russia as the absence of capitalism not the purity of communism.
monopolies are completely okay though right? and companies should have no requirement to provide compensation for on the job injuries due to the cheaper and less safe equipment?
worker's fault for not workin' right
You have no right to do such a thing.

Strider, what the fuck do you want.
Do you want a society in which people are treated like shit and the rich are allowed to do whatever the fuck they want in the named of "fairness", or do you want a country that isn't "fair" but is actually a nice fucking place to live in?
