China is more capitalistic than communist, at least in the economically powerful areas. However, the biggest problem with china is deregulation. Sullied environments, etc. Remember when they forced everyone off the roads before the olympics to cut down on pollution? All because of a lack of emission regulation.

You cannot have a safe, fair, and working society with a ultra rich and super poor divide. Taxes need to be hiked at a very steep curve so that much of that excess cash flow is passed back down to the lower levels of society.
