why would you ghost the smoke as long as possible that's disgusting
[editline]29th September 2013[/editline]
in some places, it's called 'ghosting' when you keep the smoke inside your lungs for as long as possible, to the point where almost nothing comes out when you exhale. I find it disgusting.
you gotta hold it in for some time but ghosting is unnecessary.
They should offer something sort of like signing up to be an organ donor where you can use drugs but can't have welfare or public health insurance. Like it says your "drug status" on your ID. Then they could offer harsher penalties for using or selling illegally, and drug users wouldn't be a drain on health insurance. They can get their own, appropriately more expensive insurance.
lel let's make drug users class b citizens that will really reel them in the system.

There are plenty of people that take part in activities with a level of risk comparable to drug use that don't pay extra for NHS coverage so why should drug users? Is tripping or passing the doobie really less moral than jumping out of an aeroplane or eating unhealthily for a period of time?
I'm always as baffled when I think about how drugs like morphine are legally used for medical purposes and weed is not :v:
Partly because there is simply no painkiller in existence that truly works like morphine or other opioids do. Nevertheless, it does seem silly that cannabis is largely shunned for medical use when it still does relieve considerable pain with less potential for physiological dependence.

I'm not talking about using Marijuana as a pain reliever but to treat anxiety, depression and perhaps the most obvious of all: Anorexia.

Because British 'drug raids' look like this;

your confused with cocaine the drug that turns any sensible black man (ha) into a rapacous raping machine
weed makes latinos into crazy killing machines, and makes you want to go shoot up morphine immediately after smoking one of those reefer cigarettes
at least my 1930s progressive pamphlet says so....

nah man you're misunderstanding I was just using an example like the donor system, just make it medical information so it's protected. I just don't think it's fair to people who don't do drugs to have to pay medical care for people who willingly and knowingly destroyed their bodies with hard drugs. If you were seen as a class B citizen that's the people who are viewing you that way, not the system itself.
Maybe even require education to get the status, for example a 2 hour safety course for marijuana, and longer for harder drugs. You get "certified" to use each drug safely, and if you would like to remove your status you have to go through an equally appropriate "out course" That way not only is everyone allowed to do what drugs they want, they will be educated on how to use them safely by default, and have a good option to safely get off them if they choose. Then you enter healthcare agreements or group buys or whatever you want to call it with everyone who has your same drug status.
also is it just me or do the 30s pamphlets all make it look like anyone who smokes weed will get laid
