yes, but your tastes define what is "good" and "bad", not what "is" and "isn't" art. If you dislike a painting, you say it is a bad painting, you don't say "that's not art" because if you are saying that it isn't art, then you are saying that it is impossible to make a quality-judgment of it as art. it's sorta paradoxical if you think about it

It wouldn't be so bad if his head wasn't so disproportionally big (especially the forhead) compaired to the dog's muzzle
This could only "work" if the muzzle was st. brenard sized or if it was done on a person who had a really weird and small head shape.
