Are people actually still debating whether this is real or not? If you transplant a non blood group matched organ from one HUMAN to another HUMAN the organ fails in minutes and causes a massive reaction throughout the body. If this is not a proper transplant but just sewing pieces of dog onto someone's face then those pieces are going to start to rot in a few days, but even before that you are going to get massive inflammation and pus maybe not in minutes but certainly in a few hours.

Guys, it's not real. The dog is real; the man is real. The pictures of the dog surgically attached to the man's face are not real, and have been around for nine years. They surfaced on social networking sites a while ago. The dog had been euthanised because it was off the street and they couldn't find it a home, so the artist pretended to attach it to his face for some reason. I don't know why the guy made photo-manipulated images of a dog's face attached to his own, I'm not the artist. I guess the point I'm making is that the guy hasn't actually sewn a dog to his face, and if you believe that he has, you're silly.

guys i understand what it's trying to say it's trying to say that mankind has gone so far from nature that nature is alien to them, so being with nature, as this man is trying to be by attaching a dog to his face, is frowned upon by other people. it's a beautiful interpretation of modern society as we know it or maybe he's just fuckin weird
