how are they gonna stop me?
Anal sex to betray the law, to betray the state? Like a common criminal? That's the question.
"Sponsored by Senator Rick Jones, the bill is linked to the prevention of bestiality."

Senator Rick Jones: We need to enforce our religious agenda on these ass humping faggots.
Senate Member #1: Simple, make anal sex between mankind AND ANIMALS against the law.
Senate Member #2: What if they question the reality that we don't like gay people?
Senator Rick Jones: We blame the meth heads for spreading anally transmitted venereal disease and fucking their dogs.
Senate Member #2: You're a genius Rick.
Senate Member #1: Truly, run for president. I'm sure you could take votes from Trump.
Since these bans are unconstitutional doesn't that mean that if you ever were taken to court for sodomy, it'd just get overruled? Or is it only federal court where that's recognized, I always forget how this works.
Nuke That St8
Did you know that in Ohio it is illegal to fish for whales on Sunday. OHIO... WHALES...OCEAN... OHIO. In Kentucky it's illegal for dogs to hump the muffler of a car. Etc. Literally thousands, if not tens of thousands of these types of "laws" on the books. Nothing more than tired old people with nothing to do but to look busy so they don't get voted out.
That's all it is so no, it's not banned.

This whole thread is a shit load of sensationalism. The ban against anal sex was in the penal code BEFORE this was passed. The reason why it was left in was because to repeal it would be some beuraucratic nightmare for the bill; at the same time the state already recognized it to be unconstitutional thus unenforecable.

What this really means is that Michigan needs to take the time to sit down and write out all of the old laws that are obsolete.
Take that you darn filthy backdoor intruders! :terrists:
