I think that depends on the situation. Five hours late for an interview shouldn't be excused just cause he's famous. But that's only true if Snoop actually accepted the interview and said he'd be there for a certain time. Not if he was nice enough to take the time out of his day for the interview on short notice

But Snoop Dogg, who's been so incredibly open and obvious with his weed use, should be punished every time someone finds his weed, which will probably be every time he goes through customs or gets a search or whatever? I agree that it's essentially a waste considering he's that open and obvious but to stop punishing him - what kind of example does that really set? That if you smoke enough it becomes decriminalized for you only?
