It was too good to be true. Giant line ups that people were waiting for over an hour. Fuck that shit.

I arrived at store 2 hour after it opened, assasins creed 4 was already out of stock, the line was as long as the store and 3 people wide, took me nearly 4 hour of wait. Got BF4, still thinking i should have got cod instead.

There are no more copies left in the GTA, and they will not be getting more stock; a pathetic ruse when looked upon from many people's standpoint as some people work (where I am at), among other things and are not able to go. If someone who can afford it gets it for free, why can't someone else get it who can not afford it? Because the store ran out, (how, with a promo like this, that’s right! simply to bend over the proles) and people busting their humps all day saturday can not make it by noon, which is a joke. Bestbuy and Futureshop are one and the same, a manipulated monopoly and a perverse way to exploit competitive ideology. These sorts of societal games are what help fuel theft, the drug trade, and a myriad of other criminal activities, because for some that is the only way to reach economic equality. Make all of your future purchases somewhere else, any of the plethora of other less degenerate and corrupt retailers will do. Battlefield and Assassins creed sold out so quick here (PEI). Got 2 copies of COD, doubt I'll play them though. Probably sell them or something. Also dunno why everybody was waiting so long, I walked in at about 11 am, waited 30-40 minutes. On the extremely off chance somebody from PEI reads this and wants to trade a copy of cod for a copy of battlefield, send me a message!

Traded in Turning point for PC BF4. waited in line from 9:50am, and got my copy around 3:00. AC4 for both xbox and ps3 got sold out around 12pm so i'm going to try again tomorrow when they re-stock.

Just got all 3 games for Xbox, fuck yea. Waited from 9:45 till 2:10 though, luckily they didn't sell out of Xbox copies cause the ps3 ones were going.

Got CoD on PS3 and X360, went to EB games and traded them both in for BF4 on the PC. Madden 09 + NHL 09 = BF4 PC Good deal.

I was going to trade BF Bad Company for Assassin's Creed IV, but I had to get BF4 since all the former was sold out...

Fucking bs, go to both Bestbuy and Futureshop and they both had massive lineups, wasn't able to get a game. It's crazy how word of mouth spreads so quick.

Whoever allowed you to get the pc version fucked up and will probably get a message from his superior about it :v Don't believe me, read the article very carefully. Edit: you must also consider that they lose a fuckton of money on these trades, but most people will come back weeks later for the upgrade ALONG WITH THE CONSOLE PURCHASE and they intend to make bank out of that. I bet the reason they ask for a current Gen game is simply to see if you are an actual gamer in the first place I. E. a potential future consumers. They won't make much money out of the traded game themselves.

I went to both Future Shop and Best Buy and both were nearly out of anything but CoD Ghosts 360. My brothers and friends were begging me to hook them up with what little I did get so I don't have anything left. Sorry gents. I did however score Assassin's Creed IV for Wii U (my 360 is on life support and reserved for playing Ace Combat now). I wasn't really interested in getting BF4/CoD for consoles so I was just going to find something I could give my brother for christmas, and then on the table with all the games on it I saw... BF4 PC. One copy left. They took my X360 version of NHL2K8 and gave me BF4 PC. What the flying fuck.

Should have took cod instead, bf4 is totally unplayable for me on ps3, constant low fps, freeze and bad input lag. Oh well i got it for free anyway.

My friend bringed his gf to get a second free copy, and trade them for AC4 on another store, should have though about it before to get ac4 too.

Man, drove like an hour to get a copy from Vancouver, everywhere was sold out by 1pm, apparently wont be getting new copies till the deal is over too....
