I'm not sure about the other devices, but the Surface Pro has a 1920x1080 screen, and a real active digitizer pen.
Whilst the 1366x768 screen was the right choice for the razer device due to the GPU, you can't say the razer is better spec-wise all round.
Razer used to be pretty good but now they are just releasing overpriced shit that no one wants.
