The HDD's on the servers tend to be around the 1TB mark, and they may have been playing more that 1 film in that hall so there may have been a good 3-4 other films, adverts and trailers. It could have simply been a case of them trying to free up some room on the server. Some of the digital copys of the avengers did have a slight problem if they were ran on servers not running upto date software, they could have been trying to solve that problem.

I thought that the only copy of the film was deleted. Oh man, that would have sucked big time...

I don't think "One of the best projectionists in the nation" is that much of a title

The only odd ones are Black Widow who is Russian and Thor who is a Scandinavian God.

In general, there wouldn't be just one copy and they can always re-render the movie and they almost never delete anything.

I saw this on Saturday. It's a fucking awesome movie.
