Since all the planets are Roman Gods and Goddesses, how about following that tradition? Ceres would be a nice name. Ceres is the Goddess of Earth in Roman mythology, if you didn't already know that.

Why not have Roman gods for our solar system, and other ancient gods for the other systems? I think Poseidon would be a good name for it - the greek god of the sea.

There is already a "planet" named Ceres, well, it's the largest asteroid in the Asteroid Belt (as large as France.)
