you don't really have much right to sit in on him if he's allowed to call the police and have you arrested for it?
not arrested, just escorted out of the building

If a business owner asks you to leave and you don't you are now trespassing. The police can arrest you as they escort you out.
If you don't understand why reread the above and replace business with home...

Aside from that sitting on someone is assault, as well as a form of kidnapping
I'm genuinely curious as to how he gets people to tell him their political affiliation. In the video he said "all three liberals".
urgh
Dude, my chemistry teacher is pretty much the same way.
It pains me.
if I can get 700 calories worth of actual food for $2, why would I pay 2.5x more for a drink only?
because maybe you enjoy smoothies?
That is terrible reasoning
does he spit in the liberal smoothies
Isn't this against the law?
My state.
So does he just ask you what your political affiliation is or judge you by your looks or what? I guess I'll ask my cousin that lives in Vernal.

Charging customers different amounts for goods/services is not, in of itself, illegal. Would be illegal if he used race to make his decision- other forms of "discrimination" are banned as well depending on which state.
Thats actually a great way to gain business and reputation in a conservative majority town.
Those gosh darn liberal, commie, secret islamist, un-american, terrorist, hippie scum Ruining murica'.
go in, buy a smoothie for $4.95, on the way out go "oh by the way i'm a liberal" then laugh all the way to your car
Joke's on you, you still paid $4.95 to a douchebag who doesn't deserve a cent.
The warming of the Earth has VERY little to do with humans. The pollution of the Earth has everything to do with humans though.
This is the effect of the industrial revolution and after on the Earth's atmosphere. The number of CO2 particles in the atmosphere has risen by 60 PPM since 1958. That's quite a significant jump in such a short amount of time.

Now look at this graph. This is the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere for around the last million years or so (blue line). You might say, "hey, that looks about normal for the last million years!"
Please note that that does not include the data that I referenced above, since about 1958.

This is near our current levels of CO2. Its 100+ PPM over the highest we had in about 1 million years.
tl;dr: Our CO2 has shot up to 100 over the past 1 million years, when staying relatively stable before about the 1700s. It's not a coincidence that's when we started pumping the chemical into our atmosphere.

This isn't made up shit. We had more than enough peer reviews established by respected scientific institutes to prove that this is happening. Saying it isn't happening in my opinion is about as dumb as saying the moon landing was fake and it's really a painting on a cardboard box NASA just launched into space.
