Well to be completely honest, "being drunk, belligerent and half naked" is not ok in Russia. People here kinda don't like seeing drunk, belligerent and half naked guys around too much, believe it or not.

But if this thread is of any indication, it's okay to think that we are all drunk hive mind that hates everyone, constantly pissed off due to harsh weather conditions.

I'm sure somewhere in the biggest country in the world they get 15c high's. It's summer and in the most populated city there is a high of 22c, that is pretty low.

And over others, huge parts of the country in question, there're often more than 30C at summer. And yeah. People often go around shirtless. And no one minds that.
