30-60 minutes of exercise a day is beneficial to anyone.
oops
Shoot the fuckers, job done
I do push ups and pull ups every day
I drive everywhere so I probably get less than that.
Here I was thinking that a quarter of adults in the whole world walk an hour per week.
Statistics vary so widely across the earth that I'd be unlikely to jump to such a conclusion based on thread title.
It includes shopping and work, etc.
Wow, that's fucking sad. It's like you have to TRY to avoid walking at all to come in under an hour a week. I'm too impatient and have too short an attention span to spend that much time on my ass.
Being in college means lots and lots of walking every single day
Not at all if you have a parking pass or there's public transportation, if it wasn't for excercise I would definitely walk much less than one hour.
I tend to walk rounds around the house. I also have to walk to my bus stop almost everyday so I think I'm fine.
It's extremely painful for me to walk. As you can expect, I avoid it as much as I can. It isn't the best state for me; and isn't just a case of 'just do it anyways, deal with the pain' as .... ergh.
Working retail, the job is 90% standing and walking around.
I walk about 10 hours a week :v: I also go for like 5 runs a week as well
I walk to school and go up and down 4 storey buildings thrice a day. Am I healthy?
haha damn, i feel good, im probably walking 40% of my fucking day
I walk about 10-20 miles at work, 5 days a week. I guess that counts as "staying active".
I know some people at the college I go to who can't climb three flights of stairs without getting winded. I promised myself that I would never get that bad.
I do push ups and pull ups every day
I take it walking isn't your strong point.
