From what I've been able to gather, one does some of these activities outside while socializing:
- Smoking
- Drinking
- Talking with people of lesser intelligence.
I really don't like doing any of those 3.
The smartest people are the ones who realize that they know shit.

especially if you live in a town, suburbs where the only actually fun thing is bowling, parties where you get slammed, and getting high or talking to people.
parties, and getting high is boring, sports and bowling gets dull after a bit, and talking is awesome but you can only do so much after so long :v: It's worse when most of the really active people are too different from you.

if you're on FP, 99.99% of the time you probably are fairly smart but hardly enough to say "Talking with people of lesser intelligence."
I mean seriously what kind of fucking moron...
So what about adults?

Actually, one of my favorite quotes of all time is by Russel Baker, and directly relates to your post.

I prefer this.

Mainly because I really like pie charts.

Aspergus is a solitary creature, prefering cool, dry underground abodes and no direct social contact. From what little contact is made with such a creature, it justifies its behavior as being superior to other; whether or not this is true, has never been confirmed.
A. Aspergus can typically be found around computers and other electronic devices. It is thought that this is a symbiotic relationship, with the computers providing the warmth other, more social species get from eachother.

That... Is completely wrong.
Outside is fun with friends or if you're alone and you discover a new place and you helplessly roam it for an hour cause you're bored.
I feel sorry for these people, I really do. I'm probably just as reclusive as them, if not more so; but I enjoy it. It would really suck to really want to socialize, but feel totally unable to do so because of anxiety.
As someone who still deals with this on occasion...yeah, it sucks.
I spend most of my time indoors, and it wasn't until a year or two ago that I thought there was absolutely no point for me to go outside during my free time. Luckily I found a group of people in my area that practice and teach parkour. It's a great workout and motivates me to get outside, probably because it's the only fun "sport" I've ever done.
Go find some obscure activity or sport in your area.
Meet people.
Make Friends.
Fuck bitches.

1. Couldn't give a fuck if people smoke, that, drinking and eating are things people do when they're talking or even passing the time
2. Nobody likes a "my ego is so huge my dick gets jealous but in reality I'm just a big douche"
Seriously, you sound like someone who goes out with friends and you complain whenever someone does something or says something, probably the reason nobody wants to invite you out anymore so you just play video games and go on facepunch.
A girl was just beaten up outside my window. Like literally 10 minutes ago.
I'll stay inside :v:
It's scary out there.
So take this

Even though I'm currently stuck in the middle of a distant suburbia with a broken ride, the faint sense of happiness I get from walking around in daylight is enough to compel me to continue doing so. I agree with the article, and I advise some of yall to give outside a chance as well.

Sure is fun getting a migraine headache and feeling like you're in an oven and then taking three showers a day just to be out in the sun.
But seriously, last time I went out in the sun I had a headache so I came in an laid down, started hallucinating and shit. Seeing voxels of light floating through the air, and I saw some arms coming through the walls and heard them scratching around and shit. It was terrible.
Being outside is the best thing ever, much better than sitting inside on a computer/game console all day. There's a feeling of satisfication and pleasure you get from being outside that you just can't get being inside. Especially summer, being outside on a warm summer night is amazing
I love going outside to hang out with friends as much as anyone, but most of the time I'd rather just stay inside and relax.

This is going to sound like an obvious question, but did you make sure to stay fully hydrated while you worked outside? Dehydration will give you headaches like you can't believe.

No, there will always be more to do outside than inside.
I don't know what it is about people here but triple degree(Fahrenheit) weather is not go outside and play weather.

This plus living in Apache Junction, there's absolutely no were to fucking go that wouldn't require a car, or lead to my death.
Honestly though, if I had any decent amount of money, I'd be halfway around the world by now and still going.

Quite often, unless you have a car, it's not really true.
I don't know what it is about people here but triple degree(Fahrenheit) weather is not go outside and play weather.
Well yeah, but this study isn't saying you need to be outside during a heat wave. Though high heat days like this are the perfect excuse to go swimming.
