That's a minor terrorist group. The golden dawn are simply a joke with very little staying power. North korea's government is somewhat of an offshoot of marxism/leninism, however it shares aspects of fascism and monarchies as well, but I wouldn't quite call it a complete fascist state. Much like how the US isn't really a socialist state despite having public schools, roads, etc..
It's a difficult thing to pin down if fascism is responsible or not for the military expansion, while the genocide and displacement were caused by social darwinism, the ideas laid out in the 25 points, and european expansionism in general. However the expansionism itself could have happened regardless of whichever popular ideology of the time were in power.
