Once again, what is the point of the death penalty? They obviously don't learn because they are dead, and most people aren't afraid to die if they are willing to do something like that. What we need is a torture penalty. Everybody except for Nautsabes hates that.
we execute in such a boring way, a freaking shot of posion? let's bring out the mean fire squad and don't shoot for the head, blow those sick bastards to peices!
sometime I wonder how the human race advanced beyond the dark ages [editline]10:29PM[/editline]
Did he feel remorse for the murdering? I haven't followed the story at all, even if he did it's still better that the families feel their lost ones are at rest
who are you to speak for the families?
advancedrock. I recommend you to watch Stanley Kubrick's "Paths of Glory". It really sheds some light on the legitimacy on capital punishment.
We still hang CRIMINALS because they're CRIMINALS.
We still hang CRIMINALS because they're CRIMINALS.
Damn straight.
I mean we only hang if you drug traffic or murder some innocent child and spread her limbs all over the country (which happened a few years back).
I remember this asshole. hope he rots in hell if there is one.
Honestly I think the majority of this thread is pseudo-intelligence. He is going to be executed, and your opinion will not change that, no matter how many stupid little quotes you post.
It isn't a right, it's something which he is forcefully doing. I wonder how that killing spree would have went if you have had better gun control policies.
then ten people would've been stabbed to death
Honestly I think the majority of this thread is pseudo-intelligence. Lethal injection is far from humane. Let's see the phases from two different perspectives: Victims: 1. He's saying his last words 2. He died painlessly 3. Over To be Executed. 1. Good bye cruel world 2. Last words/regret 3. OW! FUCK! STOP IT YOU PIGS! YOU AREN'T EVEN AIMING FOR VEINS, SHIT THAT ONE WENT INTO A MUSCLE! FUCK! 4. Pass out for 0.39845 seconds 5. Wake up 6. Unable to move 7. Searing pain as the Potassium Chloride seeps into your muscles. (See 3) 8. Start suffocating 9. Die from heart attack Now you people who support the death penalty give me a reason why people should suffer. Just shoot them in the head, or better; bring back the guillotine.

Seriously. They guy was not only just eating up space in a prison, but he was also a threat guards and other prisoners. Why keep a dangerous criminal alive when you can simply Humanely execute him.
Says the guy who hids behind "Anon". We aren't scared of executing. We just have enough empathy and compassion for the fellow man, no matter how cruel he is, to see that he isn't MURDERED out of revenge.
Not hiding behind anything. My name's Chris Cunningham come get me.

if you don't like the 'injustice' of the death penalty then don't go pick up a rifle and fucking snipe 16 people. holy shit.
people would still survive several seconds later after being beheaded
do you really think they can feel pain in there disembodied head?
if you don't like the 'injustice' of the death penalty then don't go pick up a rifle and fucking snipe 16 people. holy shit.
It's not that anybody feels sorry for this guy, or that he didnt ask for it, it's because the government shouldn't have the grounds to decide who lives or dies, no matter what the conditions.
It's not that anybody feels sorry for this guy, or that he didnt ask for it, it's because the government shouldn't have the grounds to decide who lives or dies, no matter what the conditions.
It was written in our laws as a country and individual states, they should acknowledge this as U.S. citizens when they break the law under such jurisdiction.
Lets all bow down to the laws. :downs: Just because some dickheads made them up and paid more dickheads to enforce them doesn't mean you shouldn't question them. In case you're misinterpreting me, I'm not saying it's alright for a psychopathic man to shoot 16 people, but just because he did that it doesn't make it ok for the state to execute him.
America still does excecutions? Wow.
Welcome back, Oman.
do you really think they can feel pain in there disembodied head?
Yeah, they did experiments on it during the French Revolution
But you condone murder. You even elaborated on how you wished it were painful for him and used his victims as an argument.
I killed bad people for a living for 7 years bud. Putting someone who kills innocent people for no good reason to death isn't a big deal to me. He deserved it and I'm damn glad he's dead. Painful or painless, he knew he was going and that's what's important.
It's not that anybody feels sorry for this guy, or that he didnt ask for it, it's because the government shouldn't have the grounds to decide who lives or dies, no matter what the conditions.
The state has the grounds to imprison a man for all his life though?
Well it's easy to sit behind your computer and say " Glad he's dead " But you don't know him! Maybe he has his reasons, who knows.
Well it's easy to sit behind your computer and say " Glad he's dead " But you don't know him! Maybe he has his reasons, who knows.
What?
The state has the grounds to imprison a man for all his life though?
if he is a detriment to society, uh yeah.
What right have society to decide who lives and who dies?
The same right as he. But that didn't stop him.
