My horse is quite low actually. I can accept that musical taste is a subjective trait and that everybody likes different types of music. I don't condescend on others for their tastes in music, I know that it's something that they can't help, it's just the type of music they like. In the world of music there is no good or bad, no band or genre is better than any other, there are only personal opinions that some people share and others don't. In short, if people like Muse, they like Muse. Insulting it isn't going to do anything to them or their tastes in music and all you're accomplishing is making yourself look like an ass.
Oh wait I forgot to say that if you are to have an argument over musical tastes, please actually [I]argue[/I] rather than just blurting pointless insults such as "Muse bad, Dio better" and other assorted retardation. At least give some reasons to why you think Muse is bad.
It's perfectly fine for someone to like muse, but I still think they're terrible.

Can all of you babies please shut up, really what are you even arguing about, one guy doesn't like Muse one guy does and it's taking up 2 pages just to understand that fact. Seriously people are allowed a different taste in music, I have to agree with Swilly in that I wasn't all that dead keen on Muse's sound, I actually do listen to alot of classic rock Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd etc and modern rock The Black Keys and The White Stripes, from what I've noticed Muse does have a sound that takes some getting used to if you come from a background of classic rock (Even so I listen to stuff like the Mars Volta and Radiohead and loved them on the first listen) after experiencing it further though I can't deny that It's a pretty darn good band.
Now can we please let people have their own views on music, thank you have fun.
I wish I saw them in Perth now.
