If anyone invaded and did a simple act of giving the underfed food North Korea would start losing quickly.

What food trade? Any aid that comes is sold or given to the army anyways. Most everyone in NK is starving and have been for a while.

The population in North Korea goes both ways when it comes to knowing for fact that they are miserable, or that they are serving God.
Many of their people have been living in conditions that are borderline 19th Century.
Instead of using artillery when we fight them we should just slingshot or catapult food at them. War is over in a day.

Simply embargo the country entirely, and then wait for the country to collapse at which point it can then be occupied.
