Most US terrorists are Christian, and White or Hispanic.
Where's your profiling now?

No one knows who is responsible for the bombing though. And since it was most likely a domestic act, it could have been anyone. Even a proud American.

If all black people are shooting up other people, would it not be beneficial to look toward all black people and not the white granny?
do you get how dumb this sounds

Profiling is not an effective means of combating terrorism. Racial profiling especially. It's foolish to assumr that you'd be safe doing that when in reality terrorists can get around it very easily - commit a strike through means that don't fit the profile.
Can't blame them. The recent bombing is making all Americans paranoid.
Rate me dumb all you want. You're all thinking it.
So do you have some information that apparently the FBI and friends are lacking? For all we know it could have been done by someone annoyed with someone.

This. During my enlistment, I had to read through and say that I wasn't part of, had been part of, or aided in any way, a terrorist organization(s). There was a brief list of examples, which was just the big ones, I've actually viewed a comprehensive list of DOD's known domestic terrorist organizations in the U.S. Surprise, a majority are either Anarchists, radical animal rights groups, or extremist Christians. I can't disclose anything else though, I don't know how classified most of that list may or may not be.
One airport now represents the entirety of america and it's citizens.
You heard it here first folks.
not really, this demonstrably happens every time something like this occurs
We won't hear the end of it for a while aren't we?
And this anti Arab thing was dying down too.
But thanks to that marathon bombing asshat, not only do we have dead and injured to think of. Now the political groups are going to have a field day.

So america decides to invade the middle east, which contains heavily populated by arabs, then they are surprised when most of their enemies there are arabs.
So now kicking innocent ppl out of planes for speaking different is justily?
One of my good friends is a Sikh, he says it makes going through airport security hell, even though he's not Arabic.

Pic related, it's what he and most sikhs tend to look like. They're obligated to wear turbans.
Its funny because Sikhs have historically been very peaceful and more importantly kinda hate Islam.

Again, stop reading my post as what you want to read it as. I never once said that it was a particular group. God damn, where is the bad reading rating?

The only possible reason why anyone would think to defend this action is if they thought Arabs were responsible for most terrorism.

if you put focus on a particular type of person and give them this image as a dangerous insurgent ready to strike at any moment, that just allows anyone who doesn't fit that description to slip past you. you can arrest as many foreigners and minorities as you want, but at the end of the day not everyone who wants to shoot you is a foreigner or a minority.

Fixed. If you didn't want to make an ass of yourself, then you should have just clarified the rather suggestive first post you made.
you want to terrify an american??? 642 million passengers sit on an airplane in the US every year.
a large chunk come from middle eastern countries.
this means millions of arabs swarm through our airports every year...
The only possible reason why anyone would think to defend this action is if they thought Arabs were responsible for most terrorism.
Well that's an ignorant assumption don't you think? I'm not even going to continue this. There is literally no point in educating any of you in how to read since you're so committed to imagining words that aren't there.
But here, allow me to take apart and explain it one last time for your sake.
Can't blame them. (Everyone is being paranoid right now, to punish one group when there are other groups of higher authority doing worse would be hypocritical)
The recent bombing is making all Americans paranoid. (After every attack on American soil, it is not uncommon for a very noticeable amount of people act out in paranoia)
So tell me. Where in two two sentences did I mention that those two Arabic men were suspects, or criminals, or bombers, or anything for that matter? Because I don't see it.

You are suggesting people are paranoid, the fact that two Arabs were offloaded from the flight suggest that people (maybe you included, maybe not that is irrelevant) are thinking all Arabs are suspicious. Unless the article has left something major out the only thing they have done is speaking Arabic which is not a warning sign of a terrorist, no matter what people think.
Also I second the suggestion for a "bad writing" rating, if you don't want people to make assumptions about you and what you have posted then do not deliberately be so ambiguous.
Why so racist?
future generations will look back and think we all was racist ignorant idiots just like how we view america for the japanese camps during ww2.
No, no, no. You're doing it wrong, those who wish to dismantle american society have won, again.
No, I'm not thinking that at all. I'm thinking how disgusting it is if it turns out that they really had no reason to remove the men from the plane other than the fact they were speaking Arabic. You can't possibly justify this unless it turns out they were removed for actually being suspects for something.
Edit: Oh wait, I missed the part in the article where it said they were removed because some marathoners were concerned. Yeah, this is complete bullshit then and there's no justification for it.
You nor I or anyone else here will ever know what it was like to have been a marathoner at boston when shit hit the fan. I for 1 don't blame them for being scared shit less because the fact of the matter is when most americans think of bombs they do think of middle eastern people because of 9/11.

All be it, a different approach should have been taken but nothing will change what is already done.

Being scared is one thing. But they shouldn't just choose one person and generalize that person as a scapegoat. That's not okay no matter how scared you are.

I never said that is was ok what happened on the plane, I just stated I didn't blame them for being scared shit less. Honestly how would you feel if people had been blown to literal pieces around you not but 24 hours ago and you boarded a plane along side 2 arabic people? You would automatically be scared of them because the detrimental trauma you had endeared just a day before.

i can understand their frightened paranoia to a certain degree, but acting as if it's anything more than just that is a stupid thing to do

No I wouldn't because I have never been one to judge someone by their appearance and that sort of occurrence, while it would definitely affect me strongly, would not result in me quickly judging people. If anything it would make me cautious around all people, not people of any one group.

If there's one goddamn place people should expect to see people from other countries and speaking different languages, it's airports.
Yes, you can blame them.
The majority of terror attacks carried out on US soil have been committed by white and Hispanic US citizens, often belonging to right-wing Christian terror groups.
Why are they afraid of Arabs again?
heck there's technically 1% more terrorist Jews than Muslims, according to the FBI's site :v:
But because 9/11 was done by a Muslim group they get disproportionately higher hate

or something someone scared to death would do.
I guess speaking Arabic and donning beards is ban-able offense on most airlines nowadays huh.
