So however long his sentence turns out to be, he'll be banned from politics for the rest of his life. Unless his appeal is successful, which doesn't look like it by now, fortunately. Saw this report in my newspaper this morning, too. Berlusconi never even set foot into the court and just waited at home in his big mansion and El Marough is currently 'on vacation' in Mexico. Can you really expect to get given a light ruling if you keep treating the court like this? I'll be happy if he gets jailed, means I don't have to see his sleazy mug again.
