Vaccines generally work by exposing you to a weaker, or inactive form of a disease, allowing your body to develop functioning antibodies to attack functionally useless bacteria/viruses/whatever.
Homeopathy is putting a fully active mL of virus/bacteria/whatever in a body of water the size of the solar system and then giving you a shot so small that there's a very real chance you won't get any of the disease to begin with. If you do, it's still fully active, and just as dangerous.
They are nothing alike. The virility of a disease isn't reduced just by getting 2 cells instead of 2 million.

Not exactly, most vaccines are essentially stripped out forms of the bacteria/virus so your body gets used to dealing with materials with similar binding proteins.
Vaccines aren't water though.
Funny thing with homeopathy advocates is that they believe the bullshit that their water (which is highly unlikely to contain even a single atom of the reactant) is going to remember the stuff they put into it, but forgets the shitton of sewage it's been exposed to at one point or another. :v:
