One way could be to have scientists document a "supposedly haunted" location for an extended period of time. Maybe even broadcasting live cams across the web.

appeared perfectly in frame in full HD,it would be rejected as evidence.

The problem with that is that it's hard to ensure a controlled environment under such circumstances. It basically needs to be done in a lab - Which shouldn't reasonably pose a problem if the phenomenon is legit, right? The thing with occult phenomenon is that it always seems to be restricted to specific locations and conditions - Why is this, you think?

Hard to get a ghost to the lab i suppose.
That`s why the lab is being brought to them usualy. (Ghost hunter groups)
Problem is that outside the lab there`s always a chance theres contamination.

It's called Infrasound and it's just about everywhere dude, more than capable of causing sensations of dread and all the other typical ghosty phenomena.
