Unless they specifically use characters from the series (I never played the campaign so I don't know anything about how memorable they were), why couldn't they just make a military movie in the style that they wanted? Also action-comedy? What? Was that actually the tone of the game?

The second one was a poorly done riff on action movies with little to no characterization.
It'll prolly be aired out of order and cancelled after the first season.
The shenanigans of war!!! xD WAR IS SO FUNNY GUYS RIGHT?!?!?! RIGHT?!!!? G-guys?
?
So does this mean every time a new episode comes out we have to pay to watch it?
So they developed a show that has pretty much a cult following (Firefly), and they won't bring it back after canceling for no reason?
If it turns out anything like Generation Kill, it could be decent. Then again, Fox shows tend to take themselves seriously. There isn't much more to be done in the Firefly universe.

I don't know, Bad Company had it's moments. If they have a decent writer or two it could be worth watching when nothings on.
Uuuhhhmm What the fuck? What have they been smoking
Cash I imagine.
If it was HBO maybe... oh nevermind good luck topping Generation Kill, FOX. [editline]9th October 2012[/editline] wait oh god it's a COMEDY WHAHAHAT
