Incredible. What else is there to say?
Uhhh prove it. Where is this 'debunking'?
It's what he's working on, he hasn't done it.
His life will be pleasing.
As in, it won't be pleasing in terms of your 'perfect life' but from an existential viewpoint, he can do whatever HE wants in HIS life and you can do what YOU want to do in YOUR life and let everyone else get on with THEIRS.
Both lives are just as 'successful' or 'complete' as they were to the individuals standard.
Stop trying to live to everyone else's expectations of how you're life should be and live for yourself, to do everything you can to be happy every day.
This may be Off Topic but you're a great poster.
This isn't even sarcasm.

I second that. While I might not understand the mathematics of it, I would like to see the university professors look at it first.

It's gonna be peer-reviewed if he publishes it, obviously. They don't just go, "KID WROTE A PAPER? MUST BE TRUE!"

Of course. With that big of a problem, everyone will be reading it.
He good the "good" type of autism. Too bad the majority of autistic kids don't even know what the shit is going on.
Alot of people have aspergers syndrome, and It can go undiagnosed for a life time, my parent's friend who is 70 years old has be diagnosed with aspergers and I have it as well.
Ha, integration by parts, learned that shit last year.

Fuck off kid, you are stepping on my turf.
I honestly kind of feel bad for the kid. He's already in college, he'll spend his teen years and beyond developing his theories.
He'll likely never have a full, pleasing life.
A full pleasing life means different things for different people. This kid clearly loves science, to him developing his theories would be a pleasing life.
It annoys me so fucking much that people get what we describe as 'mental disorders' when actually what they do is give them super powers.
Shoulda been autistic.
I always smile when I see stories like this about child prodigies. Feels nice to know that humanity can produce brilliance out of nowhere like that.
In a few weeks, this is all forgotten
lol my friend learned calculus in gr 6
lol my friend learned calculus in gr 6
It's a shame, I'm 19 and I never learned it.
An autistic kid. He will be able to explain the universe but can't look anyone in the eye.
I wouldn't waste my time with that science mumbo jumbo. I would go to Vegas and start counting some cards.
EDIT: I know all about autism because I watched both Rainman and Mercury Rising.
you can't just develop your own theories lol
and i was considered gifted when i was young but i gradually turned out dumb so it doesn't mean much
at first I raged
Then I remembered hes autistic and will never get laid lol v:v:v
This kid is amazing.

Yeah, things sort of level out later on.

If you're smart, most people will disagree with you, but you got to keep on going and you will be successful.
If you're dumb, most people will agree with you, and you won't be as successful.
It's not like the majority of humans on the planet are smart. If you got a smart idea, don't let people discourage you.
No, everything is wrong with "forever alone".
If you are really smart but forever alone, you'll win loads of prizes and stuff, but you will never be made leader of anything, as you need good social skills and good leadership for that.
Sure your shelf will be full of prizes, but you'll be alone and you won't have much money either.

plus whats the point of having something if theres nobody to share it with.
I mean, even Napoleon had a wife (even though she was just his cumcatcher, he still got mad when she cheated on him)

pretty much showering a kid with that much attention is just gonna make him rebel later on
or not, he is autistic and i won't claim to know much about autism
This fucking irritates me. Makes me ask what the hell am I doing with my life. I'm in a high level Calc III at a University. I bothers me that this could be true. If I wasn't put through a shitty public school system... or rather one that challenged me. Who knows where I could be.
I also really don't like anyone comparing him to Einstein and Steven Hawking yet. He's great and all but for fucks sake wait a while before you compare him to what Steven Hawking has accomplished in his life time.

Rare time that I agree with thisispain. When I was a kid, everybody called me "gifted" and "an intellectual", but when I had the self satisfaction of knowing that everybody thought I was a genius, I was like "okay lol slackin off". If they want to motivate "gifted" kids, tell them that theyre fucking retarded and theyll never amount to anything. esentially, the tiger mother approach.
But being raised in a middle class suburban white american family, Im happy to not have had a tiger mother childhood, because I feel infinitely times more individualistic and liberated than I imagine all my overachieving friends are.

you shouldn't feel that way. be happy with the best you can do and the best you have, everything else will only serve to distract you and make you feel bad.
Uhhh prove it. Where is this 'debunking'?
I want to see this too. A theory in science isn't what most people would call a theory. A scientific theory is 99% proven, and you don't just "debunk" these kinds of things. Theory of Evolution? Cell Theory? They're pretty much impossible to disprove given the current research.

well uh what I declined to say was it's because i never had the chance to develop myself.
if you had a chance to go very far with your brains and didn't take it because you were "slackin off", there's no-one to blame for that lost opportunity but you.
i wish i had that opportunity, but being poor and british it wasn't there.

Chill out, autistic kids are physically designed to be good at maths and sciences and stuff like that. Just look at the facts and accept that there was nothing that you or anyone else could do, and thank whoever is responsible (probably yourself, for putting in all your effort) for getting to the point that you have
Also any other source? This stuff sounds very sensationalized, with claims of him debunking loads of stuff and all that.
