Wouldn't that cause you blind?
No, I don't.
I want to transplant my brain onto a microchip and have it transplanted into an undestroyable robot. This WILL happen before I die, I swear.
So does that mean displaying your hunger levels and a mini-map if your surrounding area will be possible in the future?
I don't see how having a hunger meter makes any sense. Wouldn't just feeling your hunger be enough?
Pretty amazing size.
Scale shot for foreign-fags: One penny (similar size to original picture) ~19mm diameter
No, I'm pretty sure it's being compared to this
This is not as small as my macbook air.
yes doctor just like how putting a small piece of metal in your arm would make your whole arm not work
maybe if the computer was running Raid 0?
Implanted in a human eye? Wouldn't that cause you blind?
Generally doctors think about "will this cause the problem that we're trying to stop?" first [editline]22nd February 2011[/editline]
So does that mean displaying your hunger levels and a mini-map if your surrounding area will be possible in the future?
I would hope you can turn it off or something so it doesn't GET IT MY WAY
The government is going to make robot ticks with these chips and control our minds!
You're so fucked if you drop that.
The government is going to make robot ticks with these chips and control our minds!
It's uh-bah-muh's fault. [editline]22nd February 2011[/editline] Fuck that's two page kings in one day.
2015 - Game devs finally get a great game design that removes the need for a HUD. 2020 - IRL HUDs are created. It is now more realistic to have a HUD in your game, destroying a game formula that was the life long brain child of some now emotionally de-spirited person somewhere.
When you think about it, HUD would have no point whatsoever.
GPS that overlays an arrow along the road Heart rate monitor Clock The HUD could interface with external devices like microscopes to allow for a clearer view of what you're magnifying, infrared/night vision overlays taken from a camera mounted on your belt The possibilities are fucking endless
You're so fucked if you drop that.
Yeah, having an eyeball dangling out of its socket would be pretty bad.
Porn implanted into my eye? Cool.
There's more than meets the eye.
camera mounted on your belt
Or your beard
I'd like a camera on my mustache please
This is not as small as my macbook air.
But this device does a hell of a lot more.
As small as it is, I bet it works better than a Mac.
it sure is small...
When you think about it, HUD would have no point whatsoever.
Don't you realize how helpful a rl healthbar would be?
SWEET - Now we just need to perfect a HUD people have been working on it...
I'm impressed. Not a single penis joke to be found yet.
I'm impressed. Not a single penis joke to be found yet.
I think all the computer nerds were too impressed with the technology to think of that.
GPS that overlays an arrow along the road Heart rate monitor Clock The HUD could interface with external devices like microscopes to allow for a clearer view of what you're magnifying, infrared/night vision overlays taken from a camera mounted on your belt The possibilities are fucking endless
It's all fun and games until someone hacks into your eye.
Don't you realize how helpful a rl healthbar would be?
Helpful? Hahahah A lot of people would freak out upon seeing their healthbar blinking warning signs, yet they feel just "fine" [sp]obesity, for example[/sp]
Helpful? Hahahah A lot of people would freak out upon seeing their healthbar blinking warning signs, yet they feel just "fine" [sp]obesity, for example[/sp]
Yeah that along with their sprint/stamina bar would about be nonexistent
How do you look at HUD on a contact lens if it moves around with your eye when you try to look at it?
How do you look at HUD on a contact lens if it moves around with your eye when you try to look at it?
I was wondering this too actually
