It's not okay for people to be making so little money, but raising the minimum wage to 15 dollars by 2020 is a steady increase, which is exactly what is needed. This is apparently what Sanders has supported and I have no qualms with it - but I've seen plenty of people call for 15 an hour now. I heavily disagree with this, and view it as a dangerous policy to support. This is my own opinion on the subject, not a solid fact coming from the greatest think tanks in the world.

Sanders has fought for 3 decades against republicans and democrats to get legislation passed. He's really the only candidate with public policy experience that also holds similar views to most Americans
