rip in peace Brendan Fraser's website
"High-bandwidth or Low-Bandwidth" Now that's not a menu I've seen for a long time.
Are there any decent tools comparable to Adobe Flash for creating tools and games in HTML5? Because that's the only reason why I still use Flash - Adobe has some pretty damn convenient tools for it. If similar tools exist for HTML5, then I'm all for jumping ship.
You could just use Unity.
Zombocom better be on that fucking list.
https://html5zombo.com/
Its had a HTML5 player component for years now (albeit buggy), I don't know why they haven't been developing it to make it the primary one and stable.
I tried to use it in firefox with flash intentionally disabled and it claims I need flash when the HTML5 option is on.
You could just use Unity.
Unity seems like a pretty heavy package for just making simple 2D Flash games. Well, "Flash" games. :v:
I just use this to disable flash https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/flashcontrol/mfidmkgnfgnkihnjeklbekckimkipmoe

Beauty of component systems.
Newgrounds is going to be a trainwreck.
I understand wanting to phase out flash but is it really necessary to block websites entirely ? I still visit old flash based websites for shits and giggles pretty frequently, like the legendary z0r.de.

Any time a site wants to run flash it replaces where it would be with something like this and you can choose to enable it for the session or permanently per site. It also adds an icon next to the address bar in case the flash element isn't visible. No doubt Google will find some way to make it horribly un-user friendly however.
