Thing is, it has already been proven that getting denied asylum seekers out is way, way harder than it should be. The percentage of officially denied asylum seekers who don't get sent back is still not good at all, and [URL="http://www.nrc.nl/nieuws/2015/06/25/door-slechte-kabinetslobby-blijven-uitgeprocedeerde-asielzoekers"]we somehow managed to lost sight of a few thousand of them too at that.[/URL] Dunno how it is in Germany though, I certainly ain't hoping that they are taking them in purely at face value, that almost every person from outside Europe can just claim that he is from Syria and gets let in without any questions asked. I vaguely remembered though, didn't the Hungarians find lots of discarded passports from people outside of Syria when the horde went through their country?
