I agree that people do that but I honestly think a courts decision should always be questioned when the judgement is thought to be questionable by a lot of people.
That's about every decision ever. Everything is "questionable". Most times it's just not feasible to answer the question to its last extend.
Courts can be wrong and should always be questioned no matter what their judgement is. Its why multiple levels of courts exist, someone should always be questioning the judgement a court passes.
So start a torrent site that hosts all the newest pirated shit, get shut down, and fight it in court. See how far you get.

Discerning between "It's right because the law says so" and "It's right because I reached this conclution through reasoning and logic" doesn't seem to be an ability of yours..
Ignoring the fact that that post is entirely concerned with the legality and not the morality of piracy. Which was stated multiple times in this thread by people other than myself which you have selectively ignored.
Good job.

Maybe questionable isn't the right word. I am not really sure what the right term is but more cases where people think the court hasn't acted in the best interest of everyone.
I love how in Denmark, the ISP's only block tpb and the like within their DNS server.
So can browse all the torrents you want, when you change your DNS server.
Isn't there like you know... some kind of board dedicated to debating? Somewhere where the masses can go and have debate en mass? Like the Mass Debate board which has a piracy thread...
:/ now I have to find another mirror
