I don't think this is enough to get Le Pen elected. How many minds are gonna be changed one day before elections?
At any rate, WikiLeaks can go ahead and stop crying when people accuse it of being biased when it seems to never go after the populist right-wing candidates.

Wikileaks doesn't go after anyone. They publish what they receive. They don't do the hacking, leaking, etc themselves. Because if they did then they'd be liable and wouldn't have press protection.
So basically, they're just a drop box for government secrets.

They can still "go after" someone, or rather push an agenda, via omission. E.g. not publishing a leak they receive for a right wing candidate.

It won't be, but it may move the people who were sitting on the Fence between not voting and Macron, to just not vote at all. It will just taint his presidency.

It really won't unless the leaks are proved to be 100% legit.

They could, but I seriously doubt it.
Which it makes me wonder: Who are the ones who gives the info to Wikileaks? Something has happened between the Panama Papers scandal and the american elections to change minds in Wikileaks. They used not to do this in the middle of an election.
Before the whole Hillary issue, it was the Panama Papers scandal where an international team of journalists gave the info about it, revealing the massive money laundry of many countries.
Considering the amount of politicians affected, there are a high number of rumors and conspiracies, like the one which the info is deliberately leaked and given to Wikileaks, then blame the russians so they have an excuse to bring down Wikileaks, Snowden and Assange without challenging the public opinion.
Hard what to believe nowadays with such many fake sensationalist news.

Maybe the populist right-wing candidates don't have any skeletons in their cupboards that we don't already know about?
Maybe the populist right-wing candidates don't have any skeletons in their cupboards that we don't already know about?
MLP has enough skeletons to assemble an army of evil as it is.
Have you ever seen their twitter account?
Twitter and site is led by different people.
Their twitter is crap, like the_donald levels of crap

Fuck this, I'm voting for Le Pen.

Do you really believe this? I don't believe ANY politician has no skeletons hidden in the closet.
Even Bernie!

Le Pen definately needs to win this now. Any maniac who puts pineapple on their pizza is clearly up to no good. THIS MADMAN MUST BE STOPPED
that seems uncharacteristically sloppy for them, not that i doubt they are involved
Maybe the populist right-wing candidates don't have any skeletons in their cupboards that we don't already know about?
Oh, so now you're trying to defend Le Pen too.
I don't suppose you realize that the national front, Both Le Pens included, are nazi apologists? The same idiots went on record to say that in the occupation of France, "a few blunders" are natural and that it wasn't inhumane at all.
And now Le Pen also had this to say previously:
For those who want to talk a lot about World War II, if it's about occupation, then we could also talk about it (Muslim prayers in the streets), because that is occupation of territory ... It is an occupation of sections of the territory, of districts in which religious laws apply ... There are of course no tanks, there are no soldiers, but it is nevertheless an occupation and it weighs heavily on local residents.
You have no right to issue asinine statements like this to stir up fear at all. How dare she compare the right to express religious freedom to the occupation of a country? It's almost like Muslims aren't all born with a suicide vest and a tiny AK-47 in their hands ready to fight the kuffar. :vs:
Oh and one more thing: maybe she doesnt have any skeletons in the cupboard because they're all doing the danse macabre in public.
that seems uncharacteristically sloppy for them, not that i doubt they are involved
They could have got sloppy considering the rush. I'm sure the Russians must be desperately hoping Le Pen wins, otherwise their whole plan will start to fail because of this major setback.
This backfired heavily, Not only is there Troop Movements, Which Jack Posobiec is going to Prison for, but There is Easily evidence of forgery of the documents. In fact, Theres rumors going on that an Aid deliberately leaked to trace the network of the Leakers.
Maybe the populist right-wing candidates don't have any skeletons in their cupboards that we don't already know about?
This is bullshit. Populist right-wing candidates don't have Russians breaking into their systems every fucking election. I'm sure we'd have loved to see the republican's plans to have DeVos pay her way into the position as secretary of education before the election, now wouldn't we? But then, Russians didn't hack them, so we didn't. QQ, right?
You know what the wrong reaction to the Watergate incident would be? To be on Nixon's side because "Hurrddurr, they shouldn't have had anything to hide anyways :downs:" Yet that's exactly the reaction all the chucklefucks had to the DNC leaks, and now this one too. The only difference here is that the perpetrator can hide behind the veil of the internet, and thus when it comes to how to react to said leaks we can only throw our hands up in the air and say "Welp, got us again!"
This is information warfare, and you're falling for it hook, line, and sinker.
They could have got sloppy considering the rush. I'm sure the Russians must be desperately hoping Le Pen wins, otherwise their whole plan will start to fail because of this major setback.
It is sloppy, because this was an american hack, The Tags aren't real Russian this time.
Somebody needs to do something about Assange. All he does is channel leaks from Russia and fan alt-right conspiracy theorists.
Hope that fucker rots in a swedish prison
We're also going to have to start having a serious conversation about what needs to be done with people like Le Pen and her supporters here our Western societies because of their collusion, deliberate and otherwise, with our enemies. At the same time, we need to begin discussing how we're going to deal with Putin and Russia. This nonsense has gone on for long enough, and there's way too much at stake to allow it to continue unchecked. Assange just needs to be gotten rid of period. Doesn't matter how, although if we could drag him to trial and expose him for who he really is, that'd be great.
It's amazing how fucked we are if we can't stop electoral influence

The alt-right arguments about Muslims (for example) is that we ought not allow muslim immigrants in because their values are incompatible with western values.
However, I'd make a similar argument that the far right/fascists are incompatible with western values, and Putin and his fascist Cadres in the Le Pen/Trump camp are equally if not more dangerous to the west and western values.
After all, we've seen the west destroyed by fascism once, and it can happen again
From a Trump Supporter feed:

Basically What Have been saying is two people from the Alt-Right became idiots.
AKA Alt-right caused an international incident and some of the documents are forged, but some also contain classified military info
Maybe if the left was smart enough to not open the pishing emails in the first place this kind of stuff wouldn't happen... :v:

You only need one tech illiterate in your campaign team for that to happen.
Was it done via phishing here by the way?

yeah cause surely the right has no senators older than dirt who open stupid attachments
I'm sure you're not sweeping the bigger problem of electoral interference under the rug for partisan reasons
