You can't go broke if you have millions of dollars anyways, right?

Jesus H. Christ, these people are insane. This just has to be a front for some money laundering scheme. If the restaurant has been run like this since the beginning, they would have been out of business within a week.

After watching more of the episode, I feel really bad for Miranda and Katy, especially Miranda. She seems to try her best to cater to the customers but unfortunately has terrible employers.

This feels like its an advertising campaign for hell's kitchen or for that bakery because it was on hell's kitchen.
