Actually there are two still alive. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Florence_Green http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/J%C3%B3zef_Kowalski Well techically only one of them is World War I, the other is World War I era.
They weren't combatants however. They didn't see combat. Florence Green was a mess hall steward and Józef Kowalski fought in the Soviet-Polish war, not WW1
It's amazing at what he has experienced. Early 1900s with that old technology, and he lived long enough to see computers, and all of this other stuff we take for granted.
OP has 110 hearts. Do ratings correspond to years too?
Oh WWI lost it is last?! It lost it is last!?
Well, that's certainly not a bad thing to be honest. Do we need to remind ourselves about all the needless killings and suffering, that we still struggle with even to this day? The last century was hard times doing hard time. It was a huge learning curve, the hard way.
He built a family, saw a whole century pass, and even had time to write a book. That's a pretty cool life I guess
Since I was born in 1990, my goal is to live to the year 2100 (110 years old); that's living through 3 centuries! I'm fucking doing it.
Too bad that would only be two centuries. 22nd century starts 2101.
I have a medal inscribed to someone who fought during world war one, it says "The Great War For civilisation: 1914-1919" Odd thinking about how long ago it was.
Too bad that would only be two centuries. 22nd century starts 2101.
No it starts 2100.
Too bad that would only be two centuries. 22nd century starts 2101.
If there is a big war in the year 2101 I will shit myself.
If there is a big war in the year 2101 I will shit myself.
You won't live long enough for it to matter. [editline]5th May 2011[/editline] And if you DO somehow live long enough you'll be so old that shitting yourself will be a regular occurence.
No it starts 2100.
No, there was no year 0, so each century begins at XX01, hence January 1, 2001 being the start of the 21st century.
