she's fair enough in saying that loud yelling noises in a neighborhood probably isn't the best but holy fucking shit is she terrible at putting that into words. everything else she said was totally inappropriate, but it's sort of easy to see where she's coming from. remember, you don't have to agree with her to understand her point. understanding =/= agreeing

I know it's sad, and unfortunate, but the reality is that that child IS a nuisance, and I think her complaints are completely justified, HOWEVER the way she went about them is unjustifiable, she should had contacted the parent with more tact (that would've helped her get her way easier anyway).
