Those are the only 2 things. Max Payne 3's multiplayer died pretty much because it took like an hour to get into any games.
Max Payne 3 MP died because it was a huge grind with OP sniper rifles at the later levels and you could barely control your movement.
MP3's movement was really way too slidy.

A want ABSURDLY insane crazyhard police chases where there are like 20 cops and you have to run and gun like hell to even try and get away.

I agree. Cops are a little too light for my tastes. At least have a cheat where you have some seriously die hard cops that will literally stop at nothing to fuck your shit up.
its crew suggestions not gameplay suggestions
Crews powered by steamworks
Side mission where you exploit an oil field in Africa.
Grand Theft Petrolium: Ethiopia.
Police on bikes.
1. No GFWL
2. Better optimization, the last game ran like dogshit on nearly every computer I had.
They're asking for what you want to see in the CREWS.
Basically the multiplayer groups.

What AaronM202 said and Rockstar used their own social club DRM for MP3 instead of games for windows and from what i've heard it was also beautifully optimized compared to whatever you would call GTA IV in terms of optimization.

GTA IV was the worst PC port I have ever experienced, beautifully optimized compared to GTA IV might translate to it just being a mediocre port rather than a god awful one.
Uh can we see a multiplayer that's good? I mean there's like nothing to do, have some crew missions or real time turf wars or something. Look at SAMP, much more things to do than in GTA 4 multiplayer.

Coop missions or bust basically

I don't know what GTA you were playing, I managed to get a good few weeks of gameplay without any real slowdowns or problems.
GTA 4 runs fine for me.
But for the crews thing. I said if they could take the biker stuff from the TLAD like The crew travel on bikes and travel in formation with the leader at the front :v:
I want more "realistic" cops.
Meaning that they won't pull a gun on you if you accidentally shove them, will give a shit if you mow down shit and causing thousands in property damage, and maybe try to pull you over for speeding or running a red light or something.
[editline]18th October 2012[/editline]
but yeah, more on topic I wanna see actual multiplayer cosmetic unlocks.
I remember there being clothes and shit you could get in GTAIV, but it'd take like 30 hours just to unlock some shitty hand-me-down quality blazer that looked like it was bathed in matte paint.
To be honest it's what most developers should do, you know, the game is for us so they should probably ask us what we like to see in games.
Still, good of Rockstar to do this though, great developers.
Big time publishers like to push that idea to make something specifically for the customer, but indies and other companies make the game based around their vision of what they want as much as they do what the fans want. Its hard to balance, as seen with Mass Effect 3's ending debacle.
I'm all for interaction but fans shouldn't run a game by any means.
I want CJ's mom in my crew.

I agree. However I think that fans should have a significant role in development in kickstarter games because the fans funding them. Kinda the same idea as where EA can have influence in the development of a game mainly because of funding, except in this situation, the influences are made in the interest of gamers and not profit minded executives

this would be awful, to be honest. it'd make the game tedious as hell to worry about pissing off the cops for driving through a red light, get a star every 15 seconds

that would make the game nigh-unplayable

same. mine ran nearly 60 fps maxed out every second i was playing. only slowdowns were when me and friends were blowing shit up but at least thats understandable

play mafia 2. you get arrested for running red lights and speeding iirc. bunch of other stuff i dont remember
Don't disallow mods in multiplayer. Some of the best fun I ever had in GTA IV was when I was in a garbage truck being chased by 3 friends, and slamming down R and instantly destroying them by throwing it into reverse at 600mph.
I want a good PC port. That is all I want and I will be happy. Oh and no gfwl.
Probably wouldn't be too hard for them to just include a horse riding ranch and port the code over. California seems suitable for it.
Horseback cops.
It wouldn't really be accurate for LA, but damn it would be cool.
that would make the game nigh-unplayable
It worked fine in Mafia 2.

It worked fine in Mafia 2.
The Mafia games try to take a much more realistic and down to Earth approach to the genre. The GTA games have always been about the action and extravagance.
Its terms of direction and feel, its like the difference between the Godfather films and the Die Hard films. If the Die Hard films were to suddenly take the approach of the Godfather series, it would complete ruin them and eliminate a major portion of what made them enjoyable. Similarly, could you imagine the backlash if they made a Godfather film in the vein of the Die Hard movies?
How about aliens? Or how about meeting Tommy Vercetti in his 70s?
Hookers and Blackjack!, in fact forget the blackjack
