It doesn't matter if kidney or heart or brain is better for you (brain is actually very unhealthy from what I remember,) the point is the guy ordered chicken breast and got chicken organ. You don't order a steak and shrug off getting liver, or taking a bite into your hamburger and finding some tongue.
I was a on a long winded bus journey once, and ate at a KFC nearby when we came to refuel. It was my first time eating at KFC in memory- I had always avoided it as I was accustomed to Burger King and Mcdonalds for fast food previously, leading to my friends commenting that I had been missing out. When I got to choose my meal I was annoyed the menu was far too orientated on chicken, but I bought some anyway. The resulting greasy messed up shit I tried to eat made it one of the most disgusting fast food meals I have ever had. The Chips were terrible too.
And then that night I had a really bad case of the shits.
Never again.

Tongue probably does go into a hamburger - it's still beef, ground up.
Like I said, taking it back and asking for a replacement or complaining to the company is fine - taking the story to the national press is total overkill, and presumably done because he wouldn't be able to win a lawsuit, as this would not count as a foreign body or contamination.

KFC is an abomination of a fast food restaurant. Ate there once, got food poisoning. Ate KFC at somebody's house (only to be polite), got food poisoning, again. This happened within the span of 3 years.
I'm fucking done with KFC.

If it was brain and I knew I was eating brain, then I would have no problem with it. But if I bought a chicken breast, and Im expecting chicken breast when I bite it, and then I find out it doesnt taste right, Im going to be disgusted obviously. Just looking at that picture made me feel bad already.
All in all, food control should be stricter with this type of things

But it's an internal part of your body that you need. Essential body fat, anyways.
Only place I eat from now is Subway and Taco Bell in the UK. Lots of KFC, McDonald's, etc.. try to avoid places like that.
