Another Point of View, Popped up by a Ex-Event Coordinator Of Telltale games (who managed the Pax Event). She Was harrassed by the internet community because the guy pissed off because of his jeep named her in the comments.

And then Boomerjinks story is blown to smithereens. Thank god
Jurassicjeep.com has now been Wot Rating Bombed by reddit, when you go there you get a warning you might get a virus.
It's annoying seeing the first posts in the thread being people underestimating how much these damages cost, and defending Telltale just because they're a video game company.
They didn't pay for the man's travel expenses, they didn't put the car in a closed transport, and they've been delaying dealing with this issue until finally the publicity got so bad they had no choice but to resolve it.
I respect Telltale a LOT for having a CEO willing to pay the damages out of his own pocket, but that still doesn't cover the travel expenses that were agreed on.
I don't hate Telltale, but I think it's absolutely moronic for you guys to pretend that the owner of the Jeep is the bad guy here because he wants them to pay for damaging his car. I saw the first post was questioning the $2000 pricetag on a paint job and new seats, clearly you haven't ever gotten a paintjob, especially on a nice car. You shouldn't be acting as if it's the owner's fault that Telltale mucked up this ordeal.
I don't quite understand the op, was it telltale that told the transport company to use open transport despite their deal, or did the transport company mess up?
Aside from that, I can understand where telltale is coming from. If they hadn't seen the car up close and personal before, there's no way they could have known what qualified as good condition. Still good to hear that they're helping the guy, though.

Transport Comp messed up, the company was signed for by Boomerjinks.
I hope Boomer understands how he fucked up majorly, and now someone got horribly harassed. Reddit can be fucking horrible at times, but it's still a shitty website.

Kevin has to pay out of his pocket now, meaning that he is losing money.
Why do I have a feeling if this was Gabe, everyone would just say that it was a mistake and that he will handle it.
The guy is making an ass of himself over at SA.
The true reason the car got damaged is because boomer didn't read the instructions on the cover he put over his car during the transport. The cover in question was not rated for highway speeds and probably scratched the paint job.
I think this is the same guy who rented his Ecto 1 out to the group that did the Ghostride the Wip video and had it fucked up.
This is stupidly exaggerated.
It's just slight paint damage and a seat tear, it's not like it got crushed, jesus christ.
...
-Slight paint damage
-Single seat tear
-'$2000'
What.
It's a show car.
$2000 is cheap for a show car paint job.
reddit is the worst
seriously, everything posted is taken at face value with no regard to the fact that it's a stranger posting something on the internet.
someone posted about how EA caused the power at a house to go out because they billed someone multiple times so it drained their bank account or some shit so the power bill didn't get paid automatically like normal and because the power went out someone who needed some medical apparatus died because it wasn't powered
which is complete bull shit because those things ave multiple backup batteries and an alert is sent to the hospital if the power goes out
reddit ate that shit up anyways

one problem with that post, the actor is dead

wait hes dead?
The SA thread pretty much sums up the whole issue. It is pretty entertaining to see how the whole thing backfired against this fucking idiot, considering that he is most likely going to get sued for libel. It's also disgusting how he posted that poor girl's information online, even though he now apparently regrets it.
