he probably lacks the resources and script writing ability to do that

What about all the firemen who do this everyday?
Daily Mirror has its priorities right

Yeah but that's their job, it's like if someone who wasn't a pilot was to land a plane people would be calling them a hero.
Does anyone else find it ironic that this took place on the Virgin Islands?
No.
Are you a virgin?
Yeah but who gives a shit about Leo, really?
It requires training to land a plane. It does not require much training to carry a 90-lb woman out of a house that you're already in. Not to mention the risk of killing a hundred people versus one.
It's no more heroic than a family house burning down and the parents carrying their children out. It's not a selfless act of bravery, but rather an obligation. I mean, her other option was to let the woman burn to death because she doesn't feel like carrying the cunt out. Very unlikely.
Fuck! Necker Island is badass. I'm gonna have my wedding there, hopefully it's not still damaged then.

Actually, a big part of Firefighter training involves hauling a 180-lb (give or take) training dummy down as manly flights of stairs as possible. It's one of the hardest tests in the training. The fact that a pampered actress managed to carry an old woman weighing half that out AFTER she had already made sure her loved ones were safe (implying that she came out unscathed and went back in.) instead of just screaming for help like most people would, it says a lot about her.
Way to completely trivialize the whole thing.

Compared to things going on in the rest of the world, it is trivial.
Especially considering this kind of "heroism" happens relatively often; the only difference here is that she was already famous.
Btw, it was this Sam character who evacuated the rest of the people in the house. She didn't run in and out of the house carrying each person in her arms. The way the article reads, it's more likely she carried her on the way out the first time; you know, the way you would with children or pets or elderly people if there were a fire in the building you're in.

Doesn't make it meaningless when a celebrity does it just because a lot of other people do it. Just because a person is obligated to save a loved one's life when there's a fire doesn't mean they aren't a hero when they do. Saving a person's life is NEVER trivial.
