Although it is most likely casual workplace "oh jeez" griping instead of official complaints, it's still a bit odd to hear people who are supposed to jump in front of gunfire for a guy getting upset over the far less extreme scenario of seeing said guy's junk while he swims in a pool.

The thing is, Biden's got Secret Service agents around him 24/7. There are very few moments in his day (if any) which he can consider completely private. You can't really blame him for trying his best to live his life like they weren't really there, even if it does involve a personal quirk or two like skinny-dipping regularly.
