iPods I can understand, they're the "iconic" choice for listening to music.

I'm getting the iPad, but when the second version comes out. Apple is known to fuck early adopters over.
It won't eliminate mobile web any more than Mac's have eliminated windows. This is just another over priced, less functional alternative.
My real opinion on the iPad? If Apple made it into some kind of portable art tablet then MAYBE I could see it being worth the buy.
I might buy the Ipad, only for screwing about on though.

The only Apple product I ever bought is an iPod, like many others, except I've completely avoid iTunes like the Biblical plague that it is. I've never understood the overall appeal of Apple products considering that they all seem like old creations dumbed down for use by old people and the mentally deficient. Or just fully incapable.
